The medical assistant or nurse, not sure, she did not introduce herself,was very rude.
Dr. Groboski is amazing. I am so happy and relieved to finally find a healthcare provider that is so wonderful in every aspect. She just has a way about her that is so nice and helpful. She knows how to talk to her patients and make them feel comfy able and validate their feelings. I wish I could say the same for the two ladies who check us in at the front. I somehow feel as though I am being lectured or talked down to. They seem to not care at all. Even when I have spoken to them on the phone or I. Person it's the same- cold personality.

The providers are great. My experience though with the front desk staff has not been great.
All the physicians, nurses, administrative staff are excellent, and caring.
