Dr. Michelle's assistant, sorry I forgot her name was very informative. She offered immunizations which I had not remembered and she answered some of my questions that I had for an upcoming surgery.that saved a lot of time when I saw the doctor and made my visit shorter. It has all gone very smoothly
She always listens to what I have to say and I really like her.
This comment is not specific to Dr. Rejman's office, rather to several recent visits to Aurora care providers: My preferred name is "Pamela". I have asked repeatedly if this could be noted in my chart, yet Aurora staff and specialists continually shorten my name. I realize they are trying to be friendly, yet almost nothing could be more off-putting. This is not difficult, it's simply good customer service. Ask patients for their preferred name, put it in your system, and train your team to use it. This change would make all the difference between feeling like I am known, seen and cared for or set on edge in what can already be an unnerving experience. Thanks for listening. -Pamela
