The department and provider were wonderful! So happy with my plan of care! Truly a caring doctor! The only problem I had was with the terrible phone system and trying to get through to the department and being sent around and around to different operators and being on hold for way too long or calls not being answered! The phone system is awful and makes things so difficult for patients!

Yes, all ok. But when I call to talk to nurse or Dr. I get cut off or they send me to a other person and no calls back. I give up. Was having to call 3x to get to the person to talk
