Even though Michelle wasn't my primary Doctor she was very easy to talk to. And was very helpful in explaining what possibly was going on with my concerns.

Michelle Guenther is amazing! She is so down to earth and really listens. She gives options for treatment and explains things in "laymen's' terms. She posts notes and results on the Livewell App in a very timely manner. I am very satisfied to have her as my provider!

I find it frustrating that you can not see your primary care provider when you need medical assistance. There is not a single opening at the clinic you go to except urgent care which this matter is not an urgent care matter or I have to pay more to go to that facility. There needs to be time set aside in providers' schedules for same-day care phone calls. I am very frustrated with the entire Aurora Healthcare system and think I need to see if there is another provider that I can see when I need to. The provider that I saw that day was good and I appreciate her efficiency.

She is a new doctor for me, but I am very happy with the change. I feel like I am being heard and the communication is very much appreciated.

Michelle made me feel confident in her ability to take care of me. This is huge.
