Everyone in this office are so helpful and friendly and personable. It's very refreshing to find a space that I feel comfortable considering I do not like going to the doctors office and I always feel comfortable here. Thank you for making the experience a good one.

Michelle is truly the best NP in this group. She takes the time to get to know you. Starts her visit by asking about home and personal life rather than just jumping to the point right away which makes you feel that not only does she care about why you are there for your visit, but she also cares about how you as a patient are doing as a whole. An outstanding quality.

Michelle Rick, NP is the first medical provider I have had in a long time that has made me feel 100% comfortable and satisfied with my medical care. She takes the time to listen, and answer all of my questions. I don't leave feeling rushed or uncared for, and that means a great deal to me. I am so lucky to have found her.

I can't speak highly enough about Michelle! Her bedside manner is impeccable. She has made our journey with infertility so much more manageable with her positive attitude and encouragement. She treats me as more than just a patient - she treats me as a real human being and understands the mental/emotional aspects that go along with infertility, appreciating that every cycle makes a difference.
Michelle Rick is amazing. I actually cried when I left today with the idea that I may not be able to continue to work with her (due to change in insurance). Michelle has been a partner in my journey. I have always had great service with michelle and her assistant. Personable, compassionate, caring. I would recommend this team a million times over. They also have great and speedy communications.
