Dr. Tschopp is always very carrying. She is professional and well educated. She goes the extra mile!
Dr Tschopp takes a good amount of time to go over tests and vaccines that need to be done. She is very thorough. I never feel rushed and she answers my questions.
As usual, another excellent appointment with an excellent doctor who is very thorough, answers all my questions and concerns, and follows up on my various health issues.
Dr. Tschopp knows my history and gives me the time needed to answer my questions and concerns. I highly recommend her.
Dr. Tschopp is so kind and caring. She provides excellent information about medicines and care. I really hate going to doctors but she makes me comfortable.
Dr Tschopp is kind and caring .
It was great
She is a great Doctor
Had an almost two hour wait in the room for her this time, not usually like that.
I was not even able to be seen. My appointment was scheduled for 2:15 pm. I arrived by 2 pm as requested and at 2:45 pm, 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment, I had not been called so I checked in with the receptionist. They seemed to be shocked I was still waiting and spoke to a medical assistant (?) walking by to see what was going on. The medical assistant stated Dr. Tschopp was with a patient and had another before me yet to see, meaning I would be waiting at least another 30 minutes before even being seen meaning it would be at least an hour past my appointment time and even longer since I arrived as requested. I was not planning to be at the doctor's this long and had to leave without being seen due to other commitments. This appointment was scheduled months ago and while I completely understand and expect some delays but this seems to be extreme and it is disrespectful of my time to have not canceled the appointment or let me know of the delay before leaving work. When I called to report a concern to the clinic representative they stated that Dr. Tschopp very often runs 1-2 hours behind which I find to be completely inappropriate and disrespectful to patients. I am shocked that Aurora even allows this to be a regular occurrence. Patient time is also valuable. Additionally, not all of your patients have PTO to use when seeking medical care and may lose income or be late to work. Some also have transportation barriers to seeking medical care and may have to spend significant time on public transportation or pay high fees to uber/Lyft to their appointments. I am fortunate to have these things so this was a minor inconvenience to me but I know this is not the case for everyone. The scheduling system needs to be reviewed to ensure more contingency time to avoid these types of delays and waiting periods for patients. Additionally, a better system needs to be in place to inform patients if a doctor is running late and a system to reschedule if the wait is extreme. I will not have to wait several months for a new appointment.
