I had to do labs after my visit. There were 2 receptionist and a sign that said wait till you are called. 1 receptionist was busy checking in an urgent care patient so it was taking a long time. The 2nd receptionist just sat there looked at me then out the window. A 3rd receptionist came and took 1 minute to check me in. I do not know why the 2nd receptionist could not acknowledge me and see what I needed. Poor customer service.
