Dr. Tschopp knows my history and keeps checking with blood tests so I feel secure with her. She also looks for practical ways to help me moving. I am grateful.

I did everything requested of me prior to my appointment to make it go smoothly. I had my lab work done five days prior to my appointment. I filled out my medical history online I came to my appointment as requested 15 minutes early unfortunately Dr was running late. I sat in the exam room for 30 minutes. No one checked in on me. No one gave me a time status on when Dr would come in I left, never saw the doctor. This is the third year that I have come in for my Medicare Health check. Last year I waited over 45 minutes the year before same... Something needs to change as I truly like Dr. Tschopp. She has been my primary for nearly 20 years.
Dr Tschopp is fantastic. She always runs a little behind. And the nurse or assistant was great. My only concern is the front desk people. None are friendly and it seems they would like to be anywhere but there. I realize it's a busy location but they seem miserable.
I've had Dr. Tschopp for many years and I hope she doesn't retire on me like most of my doctors have I hate to start all over again she knows me so well
The physician (health care provider) is thorough, provides answers to my questions and provides as much time as is needed for the visit. She knows that I likely will have an easier time understanding medications and treatment since I have a medical education and am now retired.

Very personable, knowledgeable, kind, and detailed. She lets nothing slide and I feel very comfortable in her care.
