I really like my doctor but what irritates me is I'm told to be there 15 minutes early and then my provider is 45 minutes it's late

Dr. Tschopp is a wonderful physician, and I respect her knowledge of my health care. Dr. Tschopp always make time for me and listen to what I'm saying during my visit. I wish that there were more physician like Dr. Tschopp in the health care system.

She was running behind and I waited 1 hour and 20 minutes to be seen. This really isn't acceptable and patients should be called and told to come in later for their appointments if she is running that far behind. I could have stayed and finished my work day and still got to the clinic in time to be seen.

After the Med student got my vitals, it took 50 minutes for the doctor to come in to see me. Little to no heads up on how far she was behind schedule.
