In these days when we have to wait months to get in to see a doctor, it is satisfying and comforting to not feel like our concerns are simply rushed through. I felt seen and heard in my appointment with Dr. Ross.
This visit was definitely a positive experience.
Dr. Ross is one of the best doctors I've ever had. He answers all of my questions and many times anticipates them. He is upbeat and positive. His advice is "spot on" and his "bedside manner" is excellent. I told my sister and my son about Dr. Ross and now both of them are his patients. They echo what I've stated here.
