Dr Ross is so knowledgeable and really listens to what I am asking and gives great answers and suggestions. He was not in a hurry to get me in and out fast.

Check - in was smooth. Brought into the examination room quickly, but did have to wait for 25 minutes or so to see the doctor. Not a big deal.
