Dr. Ross is the best provider I have ever had. I appreciate that he listens, and that he explains everything. When he walks in the room he has already read the chart and is prepared. This Is for the Batavia office . it's time for some new furniture in your facility. The chairs in the waiting area are filthy and tattered. A company your size should be able to keep the furniture in better condition. Looks bad!!
