GREAT VISIT
My expected time of arrival was 15 minutes prior to my medical appointment with the medical staff who 1st saw me 15 minutes late followed by waiting another15 minutes before the doctor came in. I had just come from seeing a prior Aurora doctor who did the traditional vitals testing & then it had to be repeated again of which I thought was redundant. But I still thought the doctor is a good medical professional!

It was my 1st visit with him and I was very impressed with his caring personality. It is hard to find a new Dr without knowing their background or personality. Got it right on tge 1st try!!

Really wish that when I address a concern I wouldn't feel like it's just brushed off and pushed aside I wish the doctors would listen to me and what I want I know my body my mind but just another doctor pushing what I say aside not even address questions I had and not doing anything to solve my issues

The Dr. was over an hour late.
Dr. Menard reviews my history in the record thoroughly. Takes time to answer questions. Was told by previous out of town physician to follow up with Internal Med due to my complex clinical history. Dr. Menard is managing my health superbly as a Family Medicine specialist. One of the best MDs I've had.
