Everyone that I came into contact with was friendly and professional. My CMA was personable, friendly and professional. My doctor was knowledgeable, professional and friendly.

I WILL HAVE A WATCHMAN PUT IN IN THE NEAR FURTURE. It would be nice if advocate would purchase Mercy Hospital so don't have to go to Good Sam
I had an 11 am appointment with Dr. Nuyles and he didn't arrive until 11:45. I didn't even get an apology. He did sheepishly say, "Thank you for being patient," but not once did he say he was sorry for making me wait or give me an explanation. Once the exam began, everything felt rushed, as I'm sure he held up others like he did me. It was a very frustrating and disappointing experience.
