The new telephone answering system is terrible. Improvement is needed in scheduling blood draw prior to a scheduled Wellness appointment. Blood draw was done when but I had to schedule it and then the Doctor's orders were not followed because they were dated for after my visit. The organization needs to improve this. Sad to see Dr. Miller retire. He has been a GREAT doctor.
