Dr Brooks is very thorough, listens to all my concerns and saved my life when he diagnosed me after several doctors brushed me off.

The two employees working at the front desk/scheduling in the department were gossiping about people and complaining about someone really loudly. I could hear their whole conversation. They also weren't too friendly and made me feel like I was sort of a bother. They both seemed unprofessional.
Dr. Brooks took a lot of time explaining things to me and definitely helped easy my anxiety about what's going in with me. Very knowledgeable and compassionate person!

Dr Brooks has been my physician for some 20 plus years. I entrust his valued knowledge understanding and compassion to treat my multitudes of really terrible conditions to live with. He is always updated on anything new to help me out and we work together as a team not just as one person telling the patient what to do. I value this so much because it's so imperative to my continuation of maintaining and hopefully finding some improvement. My husband also sees Dr Brooks. I would not have had him go see him if I didn't have complete faith in Dr Brooks. He takes the time and extra time if needed to either address a serious condition and or answer a possible multitude of questions presented by myself. Never and I may never has he just blowing me off or hustled us through because he had to see the next patient. That is not to say he sits there and we joke around forever that's not the case. The case is communication for health conditions with his patients and promotes a complete understanding on a one-on-one basis! What a rare tribute to offer a patient by a physician! I pray he never leaves this establishment for I may have to drive very far to go see him if ever he would leave. But I would be number one on the list to do so. Dr Brooks is one of the best physicians you could ever offer in your medical complex. He is a perfect excellent asset to Aurora Health Care. But most important, he is an excellent and perfect physician! +to assist me in my daily strife and promote my well-being to continue.
