Dr Pothen and his team are wonderful
Everyone was extremely friendly upon entering the clinic. Im not sure who the customer service rep is at the front, but she always greets patients with a smile and a "Hello", no matter what she is doing. This interaction makes you feel welcomed from the time you walk in. The receptionist in the office was really nice as well. It was a quick interaction since I pre-checked in. The MA was extremely friendly. She was either new or filling in for someone because it was the first time I saw her at Dr Pothen's office. She made me feel really comfortable. Dr Pothen is very kind and listens to my questions. If he doesn't know the answer, he leaves the room and comes back to go over my question. He knows my medical history well. I trust that he makes the best decisions and knows what I prefer even before he reccomends treatments. I would reccomended him to all my family and friends. I also want to note that the nurse thay works with Dr Pothen is very efficient. When I have a question she gets back to me quickly via phone or through the LiveWell app. I appreciate her sense of urgency. Thank you.

Dr.Michael has always put my health first and he has been a very good primary care physician.I have been with him going on 10 yrs.& he's taken very good care of me.I trust him with my health care& he always gives me his best medical advice when I ask him for it considering my health. He's not going to let me go into any procedures without him & my cardiologist approval.They have my are my healthcare providers & they're the best. I wouldn't trade Dr.Michael Pothen for any other Primary Care Provider.

Best doctor I've had in a long long time. He really listens and has great suggestions on how to get healthy. When choosing a Medicare advantage plan I make sure Dr. Pothen is a doctor that is in the plan.
