Dr Pothen is a very understandable person humble know what he is talking about and very conscious and has good manners when approaching to the patients He is Great and I'm glad he care about the patients concern
Dr. Michael Pothen My primary doctor. Just a genuine caring doctor. We are very fortunate to have him at Aurora. He explains things and inquires about different issues I have.
Unfortunately, getting an appointment quickly has been difficult. In their defense, however my availability is limited. I do not like the length of time. It takes to get a response when I have a concern and contact them through their answering service. I'm very unhappy with that.

Dr Pothen is one of the best doctors our family has ever had. We appreciate his honestly. He also has a staff that is wonderful too. It's really nice to go into a doctor's office feeling that you know you are going to get the best care from everyone.
Great doctor we have referred her to others we know. Sad thing is her appointments are mostly never on time. Check in at 3:15 walked out at 4:55 with little time doing anything but waiting. No TV no magazine seats very uncomfortable not a fun time.
