Dr was very kind, very well informed and helpful. The receptionist that checked me in did not put my file in for labs so I waited half an hour and was not seen until I asked about my lab appt. She seemed uninterested and did not apologize when I mentioned it. Dr. was excellent.

This was my first time seeing Dr. Pierro. He was very knowledgeable about my medical history, was very warm, caring, spent a good amount of time explaining things and answering my questions. I am very happy to have him as my new oncologist. The infusion nurse was also very professional, caring, efficient.
