Dr Otte always makes me feel comfortable, and explains things clearly. I can ask him anything and not feel stupid. I never feel rushed when I'm in his office, and his nurse is really great too, she's easy to talk to.

99% of my experience was very positive. I think there are some communication issues between the doctors and the lab, as when I went for blood work the lab tech could not seem to find the orders for my blood draw. I do not believe this glitch has affected my health care, though.
