Typically, only see Dr. Otte once a year, but look forward to this visit. Dr. Otte takes the time to address any concerns I may have and goes over my lab results, covering any concerns or applauding things I've been doing right. We discuss habits that should continue as well as changes that should be made. I never feel rushed.
Dr. Otte is a very compassionate and knowledgeable doctor. He went out of his way to call me with test information.

My Doctor and his nurses are fabulous. They listen. They know my family and our interests. The best thing about my doctor is he thinks outside the box. He helps me find other alternatives. Too icy to walk? How about a walking video at home. This time I had a nurse I wasn't familiar with. She was such fun- and easy going. As my visit was ending my doctor told me he appreciates the things I do to look after my health. Yes- I have things to work on- but with support like that- who can fail!?

One comment about the receptionist - when I came into your facility a male receptionist was open (not taking a customer call) with long blonde hair ignored me with his head down. I was acknowledgef by a female receptionist who took hreat care of me. When i walked by the male, i noticed he was on his phone playing a game. Very disappointing.
