Why check in online and still get there 15 minutes early to check in (as requested) to sit and wait and get into appointment 20 minutes late.

What are friendly and knowledgeable employees?

He engages in a thoughtful conversation about your health. He fully explains your test results and goes the extra mile to answer your questions. I feel very comfortable with Dr Fortsas.

This doctor and staff seem to be on top of everything. Never had a heart doctor before so I have no comparison.

Dr.Fortsas is attentive and listens to concerns of the patient.Followup is discussed very clearly.If I had any suggestions it is regarding the greeting of the patient at the front desk and to the nursing assistants who check the patient in.First they should state their name accompanied by a smile.They should explain what they will be doing and before exiting ask the patient if they have any concerns.I understand there are times of busyness but what I have aforementioned doesn't infringe on time restraints.I worked in the Advocate system for 34 years in nursing and know an amicable approach to patients is a must. My husband wanted to leave before being seen by the doctor because of the abrupt behaviors we witnessed.
