I absolutely HATE the new phone system. Having to go through a central phone system is awful!!! The office has lost the personal touch it had before it moved. Calling the office and speaking to someone who knew your name was a very comforting and calming experience. Speaking to someone who knows nothing about you is cold and extremely impersonal. The warmth and friendliness of the previous office phone policy is totally gone. I highly recommend Dr. Melnick as a caring and patient friendly physician, however, the new phone protocols are beyond pathetic!!!

I was taken care of in a very timely manner. Dr. Melnick was very thorough and made suggestions on proactive ways to care for my health. I'm very pleased with him after switching healthcare providers.
