I do not like the call center phone system. I would much rather speak to the individual office. It is too many calls being routed to this one and that one, not a personalized service.

Dr Melnick is kind and listens intently to how you're feeling. He checks up on medications and immunizations you are taking/need. He makes recommendations or suggests choices I can make to be healthy. He genuinely cares about your mental and physical wellbeing.
