I always feel comfortable with Dr. Melnick. He listens to my concerns and provides excellent services. I especially like that he encourages more natural solutions to problems rather than prescribing more medication as the answer.

Not being able to call the office directly is bad business. There were 5 people behind the desk when I got there; someone should be able to take a call. Also, there should be a place in the waiting room where you could hang up your coat. The "LiveWell app" has been updated beyond the capabilities of my model (Apple 7+) phone making it impossible to use that tool. Why do that? Do you think we should all buy new phones?
