I informed the medical assistant who took my vitals prior to seeing the provider with updates on the vaccinations I recently had at Walgreens. I showed her my vaccination record in the Walgreens app in my phone. I felt that the medical assistant didn't believe me and asked for the lot number of the vaccines, manufacture date, etc. I think that's absurd because when one takes a vaccine, the pharmacist don't discuss the lot number, date of manufacture and other small details of the vaccine with the patient. Besides, my vaccination record in Walgreens app is something that I could not manufacture. What benefit will I gain to fraudulently alter my vaccination record? Simple answer is NONE.
