I had a truly wonderful experience with my surgeon, Michael Sherrow. My emergency surgery went flawlessly with minimal post op pain and was treated with complete dignity and respect. Coming into Good Sam feeling terrible and leaving feeling relieved and beautifully cared for gave me the feeling of being cared for as a valued patient. 15/10 ??. Advocate is fortunate to have this surgeon on staff.

Dr Sherrow was very thorough and attentive. I was very comfortable with his knowledge and ability to explain my problem. Hopefully , since his specialty is surgery, I won't need to see him again. If I do need surgery, based on upcoming tests, I think I would be quite ready to have Dr. Sherrow as my surgeon.

Doctor was very easy to talk to and he explained in terms that you could under stand. He is experienced and very knowledgeable. Actually showed an interest in helping me with my problem. I didn't feel rushed and I didn't feel like I was getting brushed off. Doctor is a surgeon and the surgeons at Advocate are a lot better at treating and explaining procedures and take an interest in your well being.

Very professional in every manner. Knew my medical history before coming into the office. Spoke and looked directly to me the entire time of my visit. Most doctors just look at the computer screen and don't seem to be listening to me, but Dr. Sherrow was great. One of the best doctors I've seen in a long time.
