Always takes great care of me. Has been texting me for many years, so he knows everything about by health. Comes up with new gameplans for me to try and my condition change.
The Doctor was wonderful, the four month wait to see him was terrible.
The only complaint I have is not about Dr. Flatley at all. It's just the check-in process at the front counter. They're always seems to be one person on the phone or somebody making an appointment with another client and sometimes you're standing there waiting for 10 minutes to get checked in when you're supposed to be there 15 minutes early and then They don't take you. I feel like at the front counter when somebody walks up they should acknowledge you say hi are you here to check in and say yes and then say I'll be right with you or ask the person who is standing there let me just check them in real quick because Time is of the essence and if you're waiting for 10 minutes to get checked in, which is what happened to me today I was looking like I was late for my appointment when I was standing at the desk, waiting to get checked in while there was only one person at the counter and she was talking to an older gentleman about making his next one year check up appointment and he wasn't understanding her. I feel like she should have said hold on one second let me check her in and then we'll come back to getting your Yearly appointment scheduled. That's really my only complaint about checking in at the desks. There's never two people and if there are two people there usually both on the phone.
Dr. Flatley is the absolute best! He always listens to me, and explains things in a way that I understand. I've been seeing Dr. Flatley for many years, and can't imagine ever seeing any other pulmonologist.
Dr Flatley and all his staff were very helpful and took time needed
