Provider listen, considers and gives reasonable advice. I always feel he goes above and beyond. Staff terrific too.

I was sent to the lab after my wellness appointment. I was not to happy about that experience. No one was ahead of me. I feel I waited too long for the person to ask me to come in. I could see she was sitting & had radio on. St first I wasn't sure what she was doing. I could hear it seemed she had a cold. She got up to wash her hands. Then went back sitting again. After some time she got up to wash her hands again & said she would be with me shortly. Glad she again washed her hands however when she had me step in for chair to sit for blood draw she was not wearing her mask properly. It was under her nose. Unreal for a medical person& then someone who I thought had a cold. After the blood draw I was given container for urine sample. She asked if I knew where to go for rest room & then said to leave container in box. As I left the blood draw room. I looked into the office where she was sitting. By her chair it appeared her breakfast was sitting out by her chair. I went to the restroom, reading the instructions for urine sample. Stated to use the small wipe prior to urinating in cup. I was not given wipe nor were there any in the restroom. As I'm reading instructions on wall for leaving urine container it stated to double check lane on container. Upon checking the container, there was no label on the container. So instead of leaving in the box I took it back to the gal. Her comment was (oh that's why I had label left over). Needless to say I didn't think the blood drawn process was very professional.
I'm very lucky to have him as my Doctor. He talks to you at a level , that you can understand. And his staff is outstanding.
