....This was one of the best visits ever to an Advocate facility. Nurse Watkins administered a thorough physical examination l have had. She did not rush and listened carefully. Very pleased with my visit.

My appointment was not to see a rnp. It was to see a doctor that could give me a referral for a cardiologist. That's a days pay for nothing.

The televisit went well. The Nurse Practioner was very thorough and she followed up with additional information concerning the prescribed medication. I am very pleaded eith this interaction. Thank you

My appointment was at 5 I was expecting to at least to be seen by 5:30 at the latest I wasn't seen until almost 6:30, I wasn't able to do my labs, I didn't get the health information I was suppose to received, I felt like the NP rushed my physical, I was called the next day to provide a urine sample when I have already gave them one at my visit and wasn't given a reason why. The staff was very unprofessional. I'm looking to change offices all together.
