Nurse practioner Watkins , was very professional,nice, listens to the patient, and she explains to you clearly about your medical problem and treatment regimen.

This was an emergency visit and Mia Watkins was very professional and helpful with what my visit with her was for. She was also very patient with me during the questions and asked and gave me answers.
I was a little concerned about seeing this provider but she immediately put me at ease. She had familiarized herself with my history and knew what questions to ask and what to look for when she examined me. She even added some suggestions in her after visit notes. I was quite pleased with the experience,
I found Mia very likable and personable. As seeing her in lieu of my Primary Dr, who had cancelled twice, she did very well. She did answer questions that assisted me in understanding the procedures.
This visit was a preop for eye surgery & physical & talks were geared for surgery. Nurse gave exercises for issues I had for left side of neck. She was professional & knowledgeable.

Waited an hour and 10 min. Was referred to a dr that said I was referred to him by mistake. He doesn't handle my problem
