I wasn't seen for approximately 45 min past my scheduled appointment for a high risk breast cancer screening. This provider seemed in a hurry (obviously because she was running behind) and just ran through information quickly in a scripted manner. Although she was very nice, I walked away from the appointment feeling like it wasn't personalized care.
