Dr. Chen has a very pleasant demeanor and relaxed manner than is comforting towards patients.

Aurora UC could not explain my pain, so I requested a test from a Froedtert facility, which did find the cause. What bothers me the most is that Dr. Chen was unable to access my record from Froedtert. She is a very nice and I expect a good doctor, but if she is unable to access my health records from another facility/doctor, that is a problem!

I was notified that all test results were invalid and to disregard everything. Were the tests mixed up with another patient? Was the advice given to me intended for someone else?Awaiting further instructions from doctor's office. I have no complaints though. And I would not trade Aurora for any other.

My doctor was very nice and explained everything to me just have to wait for surgery so I can feel better.
