While in the room, waiting for the doctor, I noticed a sign on the wall instructing patients on directions to the reception desk to handle any follow up that may be given after the appointment. While speaking to the doctor on what we should do next, she also instructed me to the reception desk to help me. When I arrived to the reception desk, I was told that she "didn't do that" and provided me a number to schedule a test myself and sent me away. After arriving home and setting up the appointment for 2 days from then, I see in my after visit notes that I was supposed to get a blood lab done in another part of this hospital I had never been to. Apparently the results of this lab determine my ability to actually have the test that I had scheduled so I had to rush back to a different clinic and hope that the results come back in time. This is not the first frustrating experience I have had with non medical staff this year.

They didn't talk to me about healthy eating because they were preforming a vasectomy. my health is fine. I generally get that support from my Family Practice Doctor.

Doctor Chen provides bladder botox for incontinence so it would not be logical to talk about exercise and eating healthy. Lifestyle Was not the focus Of the appointment. Doctor Chen did answer all my questions about The procedure.
