Dr. Garcia is amazing. She is very caring and really listens to you. I always enjoy seeing her!

I dislike that I cannot directly dial the location I visit and speak to the front desk person at my doctor's office. I needed to call to schedule a blood test. When I call my local phone number I get automatically transferred to a central phone bank and I need to answer a lot of questions and then still not be able to schedule the blood test that I know I need. If I just talk to the front desk person at my location - I would only need to give my name, she would look me up and get me scheduled in a few minutes. It is ridiculous that it is faster and easier for me to drive to my doctors office and make the appointment in person than it is for me to do on the phone. I have done this several times. Let me call and speak to my location!
