I could of asked more question. At the same time the ABBOTT REPRESENTATIVE WAS NOT THERE present for my appointment to help me with my new installed device. Very frustrating. I still have yet to receive any calls or information on how to insure my SCSs programming can or how to change it when needed.

Melissa Nowicki is awesome! She is very compassionate and knowledgeable. She understands my situation and cares about my feelings. She continues to search for ways to alleviate my pain. She is an excellent provider!
