Unrelated to my experience in Orland Park facility, both Evergreen and Beverly location can do better in how they help customers with concerns. They are lazy and never willing to assist. Needless to say, when speaking with customer service they're the ones who state, going to location can get you what you need and that's not true. My experience with Advocate has change since I first became a patient, if I decide to leave it'll be because the PSR, Medical Assistant, and customer service have failed, greatly.

The provider was attentive, listen to all my health concerns, provided referrals for mammogram, lab work and MRI. I thank Dr. Pradhan for being attentive and cordial during my visit.
