The provider, Dr. Pradhan, is amazing. My issues are really with Advocate, their scheduling processes and competent staff who take calls from the main number. Those people need some serious training and ability to understand patients' concerns and limited time. I had a call yesterday that was over 28 minutes and I gave up and said I'd figure things out on my own. ???

As far as the Dr, I think there could be more empathy & a better presentation of information. I didn't have a good feeling after I left the appointment. I thought the Medical Assistant was excellent though & the reception Agent was personable & caring. I think I can do better with another PCP that has my best interests & reads my messages & responds directly to me. I guess she did her job though but somehow it didn't seem like there was much interest in my case.
Dr. Melissa was wonderful She greeted me with a handshake. It was the first time I was meeting her and I felt at home. I knew she was the right doctor for me. She asked me my questions, her concerns, my concerns and a goal plan of what we're doing with blood work up and Moneygram and echocardiogram.... She made me feel like somebody was actually listening. I felt comfortable and Monica the nurse also was very informative. Took care of all my needs of blood pressure my height and weight which was really nice and a lovely young lady at the desk, unfortunately I don't know her name. I should've asked she helped Reassess my appointments and everything is good. Doing the follow up as they suggested it was a great experience. I'm very comfortable with my new doctor Melissa and her staff. It was a great day. Thank you.
