Dr Melissa Pradhan is an excellent doctor. She is knowledgeable and compassionate. She communicates clearly and listens well. MA is also very attentive and helpful.

I had to wait to be taken back to room. The associate completed her work quickly. I was told doctor was running behind and asked if I was okay with waiting- that should have been asked before I was ever taken back. It was about 50 minutes after my scheduled appointment time before I saw the doctor. This needs to improve. The clinic wasn't very busy so not sure why I had to wait so long.
