Melissa Quandt is truly great at her job. She is caring, understanding and takes time to listen and discuss things regarding my health.

The overall experience in the clinic was fine, however I was directed to follow up with my provider the next day and was unable to make contact with anyone after going through your call center and leaving message for a nurse call back.

I couldn't be more satisfied with the service I received. Melissa listened attentively to my concerns and was very informative in her responses. Also, the nurse she was working with (I don't remember her name) was great, too.
