Very friendly and informative doctor

I found the office to be neat and clean. The doctor was very polite. The RN was respectable and polite as well.

Dr Cook was extremely knowledgeable and easy to communicate with.

Dr Cook is awesome! This was my first visit with her and she had obviously taken time to research my medical history. She was personable, professional, and clearly knows her stuff. Top notch all the way.
