My provider, my doctor is a great Doctor Who loves her patience and take time out to listen and care about what a person says, and the need of the person I will recommend her to my family and friends. Melissa is the doctor I saw at Advocate 95th St.

I loved the one on one conversation that I had with Melissa..She explained to me the reasons that I was referred to the Care center...She also explain to me about the Exercise program...I am also going to see a Dietitian... Everyone was kind...I think I'm going to like it.

It's always nice there and quiet friendly staff and my doctor is nice
