The provider was amazing, but getting the proper treatment because of you terrible call center & not being able to contact the provider directly cause me a great deal of difficulty & unneeded expense not to say inconvenience. As this provider was new to me any no's were because of that. I would highly recommend her.

I really like Melanie Goeckerman. She is very thorough and asks a lot of questions, listens, and explains everything. Happy to have her for my provider!

I've really been impressed with Melanie. I was somewhat concerned when I learned we were getting a NP. However, Melanie has been on top of my health issues. She comes in fully prepared to discuss issues.

Our provider is extremely knowledgeable, caring, and understanding. We haven't found a provider like this in a long time.

I don't understand why Melanie doesn't have a nameplate up yet. It looks kinda cheezy to have a handmade one up. Just saying

Change your phone system, The nurse couldn't call to set up appoints with other providers becauseI did not have my calendar in front of me. I said I would call back and your phone system is the worst, I could not call the desk back. I moved from St Agnes to your health system and I have serious doubts every time I need to get an answer from the doctor or an appoint due to you time consuming phone system.

Melanie was really great. It was the first-time meeting with her and she made me feel very comfortable. She was familiar with my history before we met, and was prepared to discuss any concerns. I feel really good about continuing with Melanie as my primary care person.

I have been extremely pleased with Melanie Goeckerman as my provider. My only complaint is that there is some kind of snafu in the system that does not allow me to message her unless I am responding to her message. It would be nice if that were cleared up.

I appreciate the time and teaching. Helpful with understanding changes in my health.
