My husband is a routine patient of Dr. Sethi. I admired how her bedside mannerisms and her ability to listen to him. She asked questions to ensure that my husband understood the treatment, etc. Because of how she treated my husband, I switched from my previous PCP to her, Dr. Sethi. I am a new patient at Advocate because of her.

The CMA was not courteous, seemed indifferent, was unfriendly, appeared annoyed, and disinterested. She could benefit from patient sensitivity training and social skills development.
