Provider (M Valleau) is great! She never rushes you & addresses all concerns. Only bad thing is waiting well beyond appointment time to be seen. The billing staff at Advocate is terrible though. Estimates aren't given in a timely manner & they're almost always wrong.Last time I called for an estimate, I was told "it could be right or not"-I would find out when the bill. I understand it's an "estimate", but it should be based on reliable information. I can't afford to be surprised by an unexpected bill and rely on an informed approximation when making decisions about treatments.

Meghan is wonderful and extremely knowledgeable as are all the office people I have seen. The facility is first class. They are great listeners and great at speaking to me in a very understandable and caring manner.

Meghan is the best Nurse Practitioner I have ever seen! She is thorough, attentive and knowledgeable. Wonderful woman of medicine!
