The nurse that called me out of the waiting room and did my vitals was very rude. If she had an off day, I understand, we all do but don't be rude. She asked questions and didn't like my answers and didn't let me finish talking, she went to the next question. She was upset that the front desk didn't give me paperwork to complete. When I answered the question how my pain level has been, she made a remark about my answer, it made me feel like she didn't believe me. The doctor's assistant was very nice and helpful.
Megan is the best. She is a good listener and is very smart. I find her insights and her ability to communicate the ways that I could manage my pain very insightful.
She does a great job remembering things about me and my issue. It's refreshing to have a provider do that.

She had reviewed my chart history and asked pointed questions to provide more clarity. She listened intently to my answers. I felt that she was concerned about my symptoms and desired to provide some suggestions to improve my current situation. She listened and she cared.

Megan came in with a smile, was kind, understanding, listened to all concerns answered my questions! She even called me when I got home to give me another option, talk about going beyond, she is one caring and loving Physician Assistant! But, Aurora should check into the direction board, I was in 2 different rooms finally asked someone and told me she is on first floor Family Practice I already was on second floor from what direction said, Megan is Neurology, my phone and board had another name, very confusing, her name was no place on either floor! That was my only concern, as far as my medical visit, Megan "Ace'd" it! Thank you Aurora! She is fantastic!
