My main complaint is that I did not appreciate that my time was cut short and felt rushed because the provider was running late (15 minutes +) Especially when that same grace period is not offered to me if I was running late. Advocate would absolutely have no problem in charging me the no call/no show fee if I was running that late to my appointment. Yes, I am aware that these rules are not coming from the provider but rather from Advocate. Which is why the majority of my comments are aimed at Advocate. I understand you can't fit 5+ complex problems in a 20-minute appointment, but at least acknowledged them with the patient that you are aware of their other concerns. Luckily I don't have to pay a high copay (per visit) but if I did and then to be told come back another time to address your other concerns because of time constraints due to no fault of mine. I would have been very upset and seriously reevaluated my continuation of care at Advocate. Advocate, please give us back the option of picking a 40-minute appointment so we know ahead of time how long is our allotted time is. Because choosing '3 or more' under how many conditions you would like to address is not enough time.
My only issue was how long it took to get blood drawn I was waiting much longer than the estimated time. Dr Sharma was great though, as always.

Appointment was on time
This was our first time meeting Dr. Sharma after our previous pediatrician's office abruptly closed and I could not be more satisfied with our experience. Dr. Sharma addressed my toddler directly at the well-child visit and ensured that both my toddler and I understood exactly what was going on. She was kind and empathetic and we are satisfied with our choice to switch our toddler's care to this practice.
