I didn't feel like I was listened to. It seemed more like the doctor was just completing a or following a script, I didn't feel like she was actually hearing what I was saying. The nurse was wonderful, she was very helpful and had a wonderful attitude and even gave me some good recommendations but the doctor acted more like she just wanted to check out the boxes and that's it.
Dr. Shah has been my PMP for a couple of decades. I trust her replies to my questions, she visited me when I was in ICU and otherwise as In-patient. She is very good about ordering my medication refills, labs, and other follow up tests as indicated.
Very efficient. Listened to my symptoms. She prescribed medicine to help me. Very satisfied.
I am very disappointed that I need to see an obgyn fir a prolapse uterus. The Dr put a referral in fir asap and I need to wait over a month to get a appointment. I always say how much I love my Dr but I am thinking I may need to look into a new Healthcare organization. I don't feel supported in my medical needs.
I was establishing Dr. Shah as my PCM. It was my first appointment with her.
I always feel welcomed and professionally helped by Dr. Shah. She knows my medical issues and how to address them.
After three visits to this doctor I will be changing doctors. She may be a good doctor but her personality is lackluster.I have already canceled my next appointment with her and will schedule with someone else. She also continues to ask the same questions over about my past medical history and then each time enters them in her computer. You would think that my medical would still be in her computer from my last visit.This becomes very repetitive at each visit ,I think our time together could be better spent or even speed up her day with other patients.Also somebody needs to tell her that two masks and a shield look ridiculous.

I've always received excellent care from Dr Shah. Her new nurse is exceptional and very thorough. I was seen right away and even though it was a follow up visit, I was able to discuss everything in sufficient detail.
