The reception staff do not know how to schedule an appointment. I waited a long time, and they couldn't make one for me. I was available any day, any time, and even with any doctor in the office. My impression is that they don't know how to search the system. They only told me that they had appointments up to 5 weeks out, which seems ridiculous. The service at reception is very indifferent to the patient or client. TERRIBLE SERVICE.
Maureen had compassion and patience. She made me feel like she truly cared about my well-being.
Nurses were very friendly, prompt, and professional. I've never had a bad experience at this office with any of the medical staff.

I'm so thankful to all of the staff to make sure i could be seen by a provider and helped me through a stressful situation. Staff worked as a team to make sure i was seen and received treatment! This is why i prefer this clinic they work to make sure their patients are priority and not just a number like at urgent care
I started out just to be a walk-in wanting to drop off a urine sample. I was very fortunate to be there at a time when they were able to fit me right into their schedule with Maureen. Between the nurse and Maureen I was able to complete my visit in a timely manner with all my concerns taken care of.
