Maureen O'Brien is very good at what she does and very professional. I'm very happy to have her as my care provider.
Very frustrating having to go through so many people to schedule an appointment, especially when you are sick. Would prefer to reach the person actually in the office, not be channeled through so many people and put on hold. Should not take so much time to schedule an appointment. Want to be able to call the office directly not someone working from home.

The number is the same for everything. I have to go through a maze for the smallest thing. Like can I have coffee with this drug? The pharmacy i provided would not take my prescription. What do i do now? I did get it taken care of.
